DIY KANSUPI @ HOME MADE EASY !

HINT#

Before you start.
As the terminal part for connecting the speaker cord protrudes from the back of the main unit,
you can keep you enclosure stable by placing
and using two books as a base, so that the terminal sits between them.

STEP 1.

Get the following items ready to help with the assembly.
1. Size 2. Phillips Screwdriver
2. Marking Pen
3. Stanley Knife

STEP 2.

Temporarily place the speaker unit in the speaker box.

STEP 3.

Level the speaker on all sides evenly and then use a marking pet to mark the best position for each of the 4 screws.

STEP 4.

Remove the speaker unit and temporarily (lightly fasten the screw) for each of the 4 positions and then remove it.

STEP 5.

Once the screw is removed the wood around the screw hole will be pushed out, at this point carefully use the Stanley knife to clear away any of the raised wood.

Note#
If the speaker is installed over the raised wood, the speaker will float from the box and a gap will be created, resulting in poor sound quality.

STEP 6.

At this stage you should be able to feel across each of the 4 holes and notice any raised wood. If so, now is the time to remove any remaining protruding wood before connecting the speaker.

STEP 7.

Inside the box are the red and black connecting wires. Since it is necessary to connect them to the terminal on the back of the speaker unit, pull it out from the speaker hole.

STEP 8.

Connect the cords to the speaker.

Note#
There is a colour coding on the connecting wires and the terminal on the lower part of the speaker. Connect the corresponding coloured wire to the terminal (red to red) & ( black to black).

STEP 9.

Using the supplied screws and washers carefully fix the speaker to the speaker box.

Note#
Install the first 2 screws diagonally (top left, then bottom right), then install the remaining 2 screws to complete the installation. The screws should be fixed firmly, but not over tightly.

YOU DID IT !

ENJOY.

Time to enjoy your new speaker system; now its just a matter of sorting out your play list!
